Price Chopper is seeking a team member to support deli operations and customer service. You will handle deli products, assist in food preparation, and ensure sanitation standards are met while maintaining a clean workstation.

The role emphasizes friendly service and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include assisting with Roaster Chicken program, sampling, and upselling, along with following safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic Literacy
• Basic Computer Skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Smile, make eye contact and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Assist with sampling and suggestive selling and end each transaction with a Thank You.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Handle, merchandise and cook deli products per company standards.
• Prepare in-store made prepared food programs.
• Prepare chickens and side orders for Roaster Chicken program.
• Perform sanitation duties per corporate and state regulations.
• Maintain logs (Cold case, Hot food, Cooling) per store policy.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
