• Keep workstation neat, clean, and organized per 5S standards.
• Handle, merchandize, and cook deli products per company standards.
• Prepare in-store prepared foods and Roaster Chicken program items.
• Perform sanitation duties in accordance with regulations (mopping, sweeping, cleaning equipment).
• Control shrink through adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain cold case, hot food, and cooling logs per store policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
