• Handle, merchandise and cook deli products per company standards.
• Prepare in-store made prepared foods.
• Prepare chickens and side orders for Roaster Chicken program.
• Perform sanitation duties within the department per corporate and state regulations.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Maintain Cold case logs, Hot food logs and Cooling logs per store policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
