Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a deli team member to slice, package, weigh, and present deli products while delivering excellent member service. You will help with product selection, handle deli shipments, and maintain freshness and accuracy across displays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a deli department preferred.
• Ability to operate manual/power slicers and scales.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members. Answers questions and recommends deli items.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats. Helps Members select the correct products.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments. Displays, stocks, rotates, and stores deli products following food safety policies.
• Ensures that all products are fresh and meet company quality standards. Checks for out-of-date products daily.
• Maintains deli display cases and ensures signage is visible and accurate.
• Operates and cleans deli equipment and food surfaces; maintains a safe work environment.
