Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a Deli team member to slice, package, weigh and sell deli products while maintaining inviting displays and clean, safe work areas. You will assist Members with selections and special orders in a fast-paced department.

The role emphasizes food safety, quality standards, and teamwork, with responsibilities across stocking, labeling, and customer service in a retail deli environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Slices, packages, weighs deli products including cheeses and meats.
• Assists Members in the deli department and maintains display cases.
• Ensures products are fresh, rotated, and meet quality standards.
• Operates deli equipment safely and keeps work areas clean and organized.
