Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field.
• Be dependable and reliable with a friendly attitude and strong customer focus.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods while maintaining safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in making healthy food choices by preparing fresh meals.
• Provide high-level customer service and ensure deli items are prepared, packaged, and presented cleanly.
• Fill, maintain, and rotate products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays for customers.
• Operate slicers, ovens, microwaves, cutting tools, scales, and other deli equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary deli area and equipment; log received products.
