Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in grocery, restaurant, or related field.
• Be dependable and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team.
• Able to lift/carry up to 70 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting healthy options and preparing fresh meals.
• Provide high levels of customer service and ensure deli items are properly prepared, packaged, and displayed.
• Fill, rotate, and maintain deli products and displays.
• Prepare special orders and party trays.
• Operate deli equipment safely and maintain a clean, sanitary area.
