Bring 1+ year in retail or hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a friendly, can-do approach. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and quality standards, including proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during key item transitions and promotional events.
• Follow all policies, food safety requirements, and sanitation procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach when on the sales floor.
