The Fresh Market is hiring a Deli Specialist to maintain deli freshness, merchandising accuracy, and food-safety compliance. You’ll help with inventory precision, rotation standards, and display presentation while supporting guest engagement and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deli products meet freshness and dating standards.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, with proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
