Qualifications

• No minimum educational requirement needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, analyze, interpret and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greets and waits on customer and thanks customer upon their complete satisfaction.
• Slices and weighs deli meats and cheeses to the satisfaction of the customer.
• Maintains and stocks all designated department areas.
• Cleans all department equipment periodically throughout their shift and at close of business.
• Always maintains cleanliness and sanitation throughout department areas.
• Set up and tear down all required areas at designated times.
• Be aware and communicate to customers all departmental or store promotions.
• Will be present at your workstation at the start of your shift.
• Comply fully with all safety policies and procedures.
• Adhere to Customer Service Pledge at all times.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance at all times while working and strictly adhere to the Dress Code policy.
• Attendance at your job is essential to the overall function of your department.
• Will comply with all policies contained within the Employee Handbook.
• All areas as designated within the Essential Functions of your job responsibilities.
