Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a Deli Team Member to support daily deli operations at our PA location. You will assist customers, prepare and wrap deli products, weigh and label items, and stock shelves with care to keep displays attractive and compliant with safety standards.

You will follow food safety rules, learn product knowledge, and work as part of a friendly, efficient team to ensure a positive shopping experience for neighbors and families in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service as part of GIANT/MARTIN'S stores.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package products.
• Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking and cleaning.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions and prep area hygiene and sanitation.
• Adhere to all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote products through friendly customer interactions and suggestions.
