Niemanns Deli is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the Deli Manager in running a profitable department while upholding customer service standards, product presentation, and safe food handling. You will supervise, train, and motivate Associates, ensure health codes, and support daily operations including inventory, cleanliness, and promotions.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related experience, and Food Handler’s Certification as required by state law.
