Job Description

The Deli Shift Leader supervises team members in the hot deli area, ensuring excellent guest service. Responsibilities include assisting the Deli Manager in maintaining food freshness, cleanliness, and stock levels. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of food safety standards and experience in the food service industry.

Pay Rate

Starting between: $14.95 - $22.22 per hour

Qualifications

1. Experience in a similar role, especially in a restaurant or foodservice environment
2. Exceptional customer service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction
3. Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
4. Teamwork skills and ability to interact with team members, customers, vendors, and corporate staff
5. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays
