Job Description

Deli Shift Leaders supervise team members in the hot deli area, ensuring excellent guest service. They assist the Deli Manager by maintaining food freshness, cleanliness, and stock levels. Candidates should have basic food safety knowledge and experience in food service.

Pay Rates Starting between: $14.95 - $22.22 / hour

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially in foodservice or restaurant settings
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a customer-focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Teamwork skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
