Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and deliver outstanding guest service. The role requires basic food safety knowledge and a strong focus on cleanliness and stock levels in the deli area.

You will support the Deli Manager and work in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule that includes nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and ensure guest service is excellent.
• Assist the Deli Manager by keeping the hot deli stocked, clean, and compliant with food safety standards.
