Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and ensure excellent guest service. You will assist the Deli Manager by keeping the area clean, well stocked, and in compliance with food safety standards.

The ideal candidate has food service experience, strong customer service skills, and flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits.

• Experience in a similar position, especially in foodservice or restaurant environments.
