Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli area and ensure top-quality guest service. The ideal candidate will help the Deli Manager keep the area clean, stocked, and compliant with food safety standards.

Experience in food service, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays are required. Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour with standard benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry and deli environments.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation.
• Strong guest service orientation and ability to handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area.
