Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli area and support the Deli Manager. You will ensure food is fresh, the area stays clean, and stock levels are maintained while delivering excellent guest service.

The ideal candidate has food safety knowledge and previous foodservice experience. Flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays is required, with a team-oriented, customer-first mindset.
