Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and ensure top‑notch guest service. You will assist the Deli Manager to keep the hot deli area clean, stocked, and food fresh, while applying basic food safety standards.

The role requires experience in food service and a strong customer‑focused mindset, with flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and provide excellent guest service.
• Assist the Deli Manager by ensuring hot deli food is fresh, the area is clean, and well stocked.
