• Welcomes guests in the Butchery + Deli departments and provides expert assistance
• Creates displays and keeps department neat, labeled and stocked
• Prepares Butchery offerings to Bi-Rite standards and maintains ingredient lists
• Puts away inventory with proper rotation and safe handling of perishables
• Keeps the department clean and maintains sample displays
• Handles damaged, spoiled or returned products to department standards
