Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests in Deli + Butchery departments; provides expert assistance.
• Maintains attractive, labeled, stocked displays and product rotation.
• Prepares all Deli menu offerings to Bi-Rite standards; updates ingredient lists.
• Keeps department clean, restocks high-volume items, and manages inventory and waste.
