Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking a Deli PIC to prepare and display ready-to-eat products, manage daily production, and supervise the deli team. The role includes ordering, rotating stock, and ensuring health and safety compliance in a busy store setting.

You will work in a full-time, in-person deli environment, handling equipment like ovens, slicers, and scales, while delivering friendly customer service and maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food preparation experience preferred.
• Food Handling Certification required by local government.

Responsibilities

• Deli PICs prepare and display ready-to-eat products following guidelines.
• Rotate and rework display case to optimize daily production and reduce shrink.
• Order products to optimize sales and schedule and supervise deli department staff.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met throughout the day.
• Provide prompt customer service and accommodate special orders.
