• Reworks display case to assess daily production needs and rotates product.
• Determines merchandising plan, product selection, and order quantities to optimize sales.
• Maintains sanitation standards and proper temperatures; adheres to health code requirements.
• Packages, wraps, weighs, and labels product for sale according to guidelines.
• Operates deli equipment such as oven, slicer, dishwasher and scale.
• Provides prompt and courteous customer service, including special orders.
• Assists in other departments of the store as necessary.
• Completes forklift certification training and maintains certification.
