• Assist in cooking, serving, or clearing tables when needed.
• Taste and assess cooked food for palatability and flavor conformity.
• Review procedures to improve service, performance or safety.
• Recruit staff using ads or job fairs to fill vacancies.
• Arrange for equipment maintenance and coordinate services (waste, pest control).
• Record items sold to analyze profitability and popularity.
• Analyze recipes to determine labor and overhead costs and set prices.
