Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Deli Manager to join our team in Montana. The role involves assisting the store manager with supervision, controlling expenses, and driving sales while maintaining deli operations and food safety standards.

You will lead daily deli activities, train staff, supervise inventories, and ensure top-notch customer service and teamwork. A ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are required or potentially waived by the Deli Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deli area walk-throughs and delegate tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventories and deli merchandise; rotate stock.
• Ensure sanitation and safety in deli kitchen and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage deliveries and orders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
