Job summary

Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Deli Manager to join our team in Great Falls, MT. You will assist the store manager with supervision, inventory control, and deli operations to drive sales and maintain quality.

Responsibilities include training new staff, daily task prioritization, maintaining deli inventories, ensuring sanitation and food safety standards, and coordinating with vendors. A ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license are required or may be waived by management.

Qualifications

• Completion of ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in supervisory decisions and control expenses, sales, and food costs.
• Set an example for coworkers in customer service and store operations.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training and document performance.
• Perform daily walk-throughs, prioritize, organize, delegate, and follow up on tasks.
• Maintain inventories, order deli items, and meet deli metrics.
• Maintain deli area sanitation and food safety, prepare deli items and heated foods.
• Check in vendors, verify orders, rotate stock, and manage PLUs and tills.
• Ensure product freshness, remove expired items, and follow safety policies.
