Job summary

Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Deli Manager to lead deli operations and supervise team members at our Belgrade location. You will work closely with the store manager to control costs, ensure food safety, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include training new staff, maintaining inventories, scheduling, and upholding Town Pump standards. ServSafe certification is required or may be waived by Deli Operations Manager; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising deli or retail staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager with supervision and cost control.
• Lead daily deli operations and maintain product quality.
• Conduct new employee orientation and training.
• Maintain inventories and deli merchandise; ensure freshness.
• Oversee sanitation, safety, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage orders and PLUs.
