• Reviewing historical data to predict future sales from ads and promotions; manage inventory; review P&L and labor data; summarize issues for upper management.
• Check inventory on trucks, unload products, ensure accuracy of inventory and paperwork.
• Accountable for deli sales, labor, and meeting profitability objectives.
• Enforce quality control and food safety standards; inspect prepared foods for quality.
