Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in deli operations or grocery retail.
• Strong knowledge of deli preparation processes and sanitation requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Deli Department Operations and maintain high quality prepared foods.
• Manage inventory by monitoring levels and replenishment.
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of items.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Support club initiatives and training as needed.
