• Ensure Quality Control: Oversee deli product quality, inventory, and stock accuracy.
• Provide Guest Service: Address guest concerns and fulfill special requests for early shifts.
• Assist with Operational Tasks: Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising to meet sales goals.
• Maintain Cleanliness and Food Safety: Ensure sanitation and proper storage, and maintain logs.
• Honor Commitments: Maintain regular attendance and arrange replacements as needed.
• Support the Team: Perform other duties as assigned.
