Responsibilities

• Prepares deli products including cheeses and salads.
• Prepares meat and seafood products (beef, fish, poultry, pork).
• Fills and rotates cases and displays; may lift up to 50 lbs; manages shrink.
• Creates and manages weekly employee schedule.
• Trains and develops deli staff.
• Assists with merchandising and receiving to keep shelves full.
• Maintains clean and sanitary store.
