Coborn’s in Minnesota seeks a Deli Department Assistant Manager to support the Deli Department Manager in all daily operations and to ensure guests at the deli counter receive remarkable service.

This role includes hands-on tasks such as slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling, plus managing records, customer service, expenses, inventory and staff supervision to maintain fresh, high-quality products for our guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Department Manager with daily operations and ensure guests receive remarkable service at the deli counter.
• Support slicing, weighing, packaging and labeling of deli items as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, manage customer service, and monitor expenses and inventory.
• Oversee shrink, rotate freshness by removing out-of-date merchandise, and supervise staff during shifts.
