Job summary

Jerry’s Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a deli Associate to prepare a variety of cheeses, salads, and meat/seafood products. The role includes filling cases, rotating displays, and managing a weekly staff schedule while training team members.

You will help with merchandising, receiving, and maintaining a clean, sanitary store environment for customers. Candidates with deli experience (2–3 years preferred) and Food Safety training are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Has experience working in a deli (2-3 years preferred).
• Attended Food Safety training and understands proper cooking and holding temperatures.
• Demonstrates motivation to grow their career and continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare deli products including cheeses and salads.
• Prepare meat and seafood items and rotate cases and displays.
• Create and manage a weekly work schedule for employees.
• Train and develop deli staff and assist with merchandising and receiving.
• Maintain clean and sanitary store conditions and assist customers.
