Responsibilities include coordinating production, merchandising, and inventory, coaching team members, and partnering with store leadership to deliver a premium deli experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or deli setting.
• Deli department experience required or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and merchandise the deli department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee inventory controls, ordering, and product quality.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and teamwork.
