Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Deli Manager to help lead one of the store's busiest teams, ensuring top-notch customer service and high-quality deli products. You will assist in managing staffing, inventory, and operations to drive productivity and profitability while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years supervisory experience (preferred).
• Experience in deli or food service.
• Strong communication, team collaboration, and customer service skills.
• Leadership to build, motivate, and maintain staff.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Must maintain Food Safety certification and compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Deli Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Deli team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning and communication.
• Assist in hiring, training, and developing the Deli team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
