• Food handlers permit preferred; ability to obtain permit required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Micros system to ring in orders, receive funds, and count back change.
• Prepare food consistently according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation measures are followed.
• Stock items with proper dating and rotation principles.
• Operate and clean commercial restaurant equipment per SOPs.
• Maintain temperature logs, time logs, and waste sheets.
• Perform prep work as needed.
• Receive, use, and return a bank with appropriate paperwork daily.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
