Job summary

Live! Casino Hotel is seeking a Deli Attendant to prepare, cook, and arrange food items while greeting guests with a friendly attitude. You will maintain temperatures, garnish items, and prepare soups and sauces in a fast-paced casino kitchen.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of sanitation, PPE, and health regulations is essential; prior deli or restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior deli, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work around 500-degree ovens and 40-degree walk-ins.
• Must obtain and maintain a non-gaming license and RAMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and arrange food options.
• Maintain temperature, seasoning, and garnishing of items.
• Prepare all soups and sauces.
• Keep cooking area clean and orderly.
• Maintain inventory and daily food orders.
• Operate cash register and handle guest payments.
• Greet customers and manage seating and takeout.
• Assist with bussing and cleaning tables.
• Work under time pressures in a busy environment.
• Stock retail items and work stations.
