The Fresh Market is looking for a Deli Specialist who will uphold product freshness, presentation, and food safety while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll support deli inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and promotions, collaborating with leadership and engaging customers on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include ensuring freshness, executing planograms, coordinating orders, verifying deliveries, and maintaining quality during peak promotional periods.

Formación

• 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting performance goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure deli products meet freshness and quality, with proper rotation and dating.
• Execute planograms and maintain accurate product placement and signage.
• Coordinate with department leadership on ordering and replenishment of deli items.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and freshness, ensuring proper receiving and storage procedures.
• Play a key role in compliance during promotions and seasonal events.
• Engage guests with a friendly, helpful approach on the sales floor.
