The Pueblo of Sandia in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Deli team member to perform guest-focused service, cash handling, and food preparation duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with expediting food, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every guest. The role requires basic restaurant experience and compliance with health regulations; a background check and NM Food Handlers certification are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to provide excellent guest service.
• Requires understanding of handling cash and balancing revenue.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitary practices is preferred.

• Register guests and handle cash with accuracy; maintain bank balance with small variances.
• Expedite food to ensure quality and proper temperatures.
• Maintain clean dining areas and support opening/closing side work as assigned.
