Job summary

Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a motivated Deli team member to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced food area. You will greet guests, handle cash, and ensure accurate tendering while upholding high standards of food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include setting up hot and cold lines, maintaining cleanliness, and following health and safety guidelines. Must be 18+, and NM Food Handler training is required on hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurant or food service preferred.
• Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Pre-employment screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Register and handle cash with accuracy and customer focus.
• Prepare and present hot and cold foods following menu and temperatures.
• Bus and maintain clean, organized dining areas and serve guests.
• Maintain health and safety regulations and temperature logs as required.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and complete computer-based training as required.
