Job summary

Sandia Casino Mountainside Deli in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a part-time Deli Attendant to provide friendly, efficient service at the counter and assist with food preparation. You will help greet guests, assemble items, and ensure accurate transactions in a fast-paced setting.

Under supervision, you will handle the register, serve hot and cold foods, maintain a clean dining area, follow health and safety rules, and contribute to a positive guest experience that reflects our “Far from Ordinary”

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; food service experience helpful.
• New Mexico Food Handlers course required upon hire.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service.
• Handle register and cash accurately and balance bank.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold food items following menu and temps.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining area and perform opening/closing duties.
• Follow health and safety regulations and document temperature logs.
