Job summary

You will prepare deli items, weigh, price, fry, slice, and ensure freshness while maintaining sanitation and organization. You will assist with receiving, shelving, and communicating guest needs to management.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality and willingness to help guests.
• Able to lift 25 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with deli department needs.
• Explain available products, ingredients, and flavors.
• Provide samples and explain offerings.
• Prepare and portion products for sale (frying, slicing, weighing, pricing).
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and station sanitation.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area clean.
• Handle front-end duties to minimize wait times.
• Announce specials and sales information on the PA system.
• Assist in receiving and storage of products.
• Communicate guest requests to management and respond promptly.
