Responsibilities

• Provide polite greetings and interactions with guests.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced environment while assisting guests and teammates.
• Explain product details available in the deli area.
• Offer samples and explain daily specials when needed.
• Prepare products for sale including cutting, weighing, and cooking as required.
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness per station guidelines.
• Keep cooler, freezer, prep and sales areas sanitary.
• Relay guest requests to management and fulfill promptly.
• Communicate temperature and product information to supervisor.
• Keep supplies and work area neat and tidy at all times.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Assist with front-end duties to minimize guest wait times.
• Announce specials and sale information on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
