Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and execute business plans to achieve sales, profits, and customer satisfaction.

You will build, coach, and develop teams from staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training perspectives while driving sales and managing inventory. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.
