Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant/ deli management, strong leadership, P&L accountability, and the ability to coach and develop a team. We offer a fuel discount, comprehensive benefits, and a weekly pay schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• Experience managing high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
