Job summary

Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant. You will lead sales initiatives, manage a team, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance standards.

You will build and coach staff from hiring to training, maintain vendor relationships, and drive inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture.

Responsibilities
