Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee our high-volume travel center and restaurant operations. You will develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, profit and customer satisfaction, while leading staffing, interviewing, hiring and training, and building strong vendor relationships.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays, with starting pay between $46,400 and $67,235 per year.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli or foodservice.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
