Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Deli General Manager to oversee high‑volume retail facilities. The role involves generation and execution of travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve standards, sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

The Deli General Manager will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring customer expectations are met
• Conducting meetings with subordinate employees
• Maintaining effective vendor relationships

Additional responsibilities include:

• Driving sales
• Managing team members
• Tracking inventory
• Providing customer service
• Performing P&L analysis

Pay Rates Starting between: $39,400.00 - $57,125.00 / year

Qualifications

Must exemplify integrity and accountability at the managerial level, demonstrate excellent team leadership skills and be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Additional requirements:

• 2–3 years of management experience in restaurant, deli, or foodservice
• Previous management proficiency in high‑volume retail with P&L accountability
• Ability to create and maintain a customer‑focused culture
