Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Associate/Deli Clerk to manage daily deli and food service operations, ensuring sanitation, appearance, and guest service. The role supports the deli department with cooking, wrapping, slicing, and stocking, while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 16 years old.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Must have 2 years foodservice or retail management.
Reliable transportation and an active driver’s license.
ServSafe certification preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Work in walk-in coolers and freezers.
Stand for long periods and reach overhead.
Dexterity with knives, slicers, burners, ovens, fryers and rotisseries.

Responsibilities

Process cash register transactions, giving back change and refunds.
Learn to use register, scales, scanners and debit/credit terminals.
Read UPC codes, product labels and posted policies.
Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice and stock deli/food service products.
Cook and prepare deli items and beverages.
Ensure pricing, signage and placement are correct.
