Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Food Service Associate/Deli Clerk to manage daily deli and food service operations, ensuring sanitation, presentation, and guest satisfaction. You’ll handle transactions, stock items, and prepare a variety of deli offerings with attention to safety and quality.

The role emphasizes accurate pricing, proper labeling, and consistent guest service while supporting store goals and community commitment in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience or comfort with deli/food service operations.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Process cash register transactions and provide correct change.
• Prepare, wrap, weigh, slice, and stock deli products.
• Read UPC codes, pricing, and signage; ensure accuracy at the point of sale.
• Maintain clean, organized check stand and production areas.
• Serve guests with high-quality, timely service.
